Hello, How are you all!
We all know that Play is one of the important in developing children’s social, physical, cognitive and emotional development. It allows children’s creativity and developed their imagination. alongside promoting engagement, interaction, decision - making and confidence.
And I am so glad to share my DIY learning play for my children. Childrens Toys doesn’t need to be expensive, Infact, they’re happy to play things that’s lying in your kitchen, provided they are safe (pots, spoons, plastic cups, plates and etc).
In this picture, I cut up a box and glued the objects using a glue gun and patch it into the box. Michael loves to open the switch button from the light so i included it. I also added things with different texture (soft, rough, hard and smooth). A bag with a zip and grains for color and texture.
They can play for ages!
Robbie’s favorite, my eldest, is playing with flour and letters. All you need is a tray and flour. He enjoys sprinkling some flour into the letters, and we did some writing too, (You could use sands if you like). He loves to feel the texture, what a great way to learn!
I can say that they are very happy and contented finding little things to play right from our kitchen.
Exploration is their thing. Indeed, they’re Imagination is limitless. More so, It’s a beautiful moment spending time playing with children. It’s a simple but a grand joy!
Thanks and Don't forget to Be happy!
