This is the story of a road trip gone wrong. Basically I went on a road trip with my boyfriend (now husband!) from California to North Carolina, AKA cross country. We discovered the scam that is Grand Canyon West Rim, had the weirdest overnight stay at Grand Canyon Ranch, and had some trouble with our U-Haul trailer along the way. Then our truck broke down near Wickenberg, AZ which is legit a small cowboy town. We got stuck for days before heading out for Tucson, El Paso (Cattleman's!), Austin (Sixth Street!), and New Orleans (Bourbon Street during the Bayou Classic 2012!).
