The brain they say controls and pass information to other part of the body. Hmmm,I kept drowning in my thoughts. Is it really the brain that controls the action of a man?

The heart pumps blood which carries oxygen to every part of the body and organs. How fragile it is, nevertheless it seems to be more sharp than double-edged sword.
What controls man's actions?
The Brain or the Heart
Waking up in a bright morning before getting out of bed,the thinking sets sail then I got curious was it my brain that's doing the thinking or my heart❤️.
Nevertheless,I started making plans on our my day-to-day activities will pounce out. I allocated time to every bit of actions I will carry out on that faithful day.
Then that fear crept in just like great storm in the ocean,oh I'm supposed to have an engage in a certain activity which have forgotten to do so,I signed.
Why am I feeling so fearful,it just like my heart has been pierced with a sharp object. Why not the brain,I asked still talking to myself. Does it mean have been deliberating with my heart and not the brain which they says control one's action.....
I got out of bed and started exercising at my best,just some push-up and stretches.
Another idea then struck me when I was still exercising, I smiled. Love the greatest entanglement,is the bond shared by individuals.The heart loves they say,what if it is the brain that loves and not the heart I thought.
This made me remember a novel I read titled "Independence" it talks about Tayo and Vanessa's story of a brave but bittersweet love affairs. It is the story of two people struggling to find themselves in a pool of love but unfortunately due to Tayo's tragic mistake of having an affair with another woman led to the break down of their relationship.
Tayo decided to marry the woman he had an affair with by following his brain.He didn't follow his heart❤️
Hmmmm, I crawl out from the depth of my thoughts by concluding that situation controls one's action not the brain or the heart. Both are just a tool used to perform an action.
