What's up Steemians?
I've gotten this message to my friend steemit acccount,("Bandwidth Limit Exceeded: Please Wait to Transact or Power Up Steem") and I know it's happened to some of you out there as well. I'd like to know exactly what this is, if anyone knows. It basically like your account is frozen for a certain amount of time. I tried upvoting, commenting, and even posting and it wouldn't let me for about 10 minutes.
