This photo was taken yesterday as our snack during our Civil Service Examination self review. Thi is the all time favorite Filipino style street food. The ever innovative Filipino reinvented Tempura into a gastronomic, affordable, street version of this oishii (delicious) tempura and tokneneng a deep-frying orange batter covered hard-boiled eggs with matching sweet and sour sauce or hot and spicy sauce.
