How to annoy a politician.
I have been thinking of ways to cop out of the system and/or demand a contract to take part in said system.
We were never offered a social contract at birth, we all never signed one. Our parents did with a "birth certificate".
One such way I am thinking is to email all politicians in our own countries asking them to forward all rules we are expected to follow on a daily basis in book format and upon entry to this world. Either that or teach us all the rules at indoctrination camps named schools.
As it stands "Ignorance of the law is no defence " but how many laws are there? It is estimated by some that the average person breaks the law 4 times a day without even knowing they have.
No school in the land including "law school" could teach every rule as then there would be no time to study to be a lawyer/solicitor or ordinary education lessons.
So my headline "ignorance is bliss" comes into play here nicely.
It is time for a change of this system from the top down, that much is clear, so how about starting with asking for a law manual via government expense and not tax payers stating all laws applicable in the country we reside in?
Putting the onus back on government to take away "Ignorance of the law is no defence" so they have to educate us the people with regards to their laws, so they do not just have the excuse that "Ignorance of the law is no defence "....... ??????
We have been conditioned to accept laws that nobody ever told us existed. It would take years and many of them to read all laws yet we are expected to know them without even being told about them, how did we get here?
This legal system of "Ignorance of the law is no defence " is not fit for purpose as proven over the last 2 years. To keep up with insane new rules on a daily, weekly basis we are "I think" supposed to watch the news or read a newspaper to know what the new rules are, I do neither, so why is the onus on me to understand rules made up by a few hundred people in central government? Why is the onus not on them to inform me in advance, not just expect me to know them or watch TV?
It is time to put the onus back on government to be responsible.
The English language was extended in the early 1600's to make it more difficult for those that have not attained higher education skills thus disabling them from being able to defend themselves in a court of law, paving the way for "experts in law" solicitors/lawyers.
So for 400 years the onus has been on us the people to learn law so "Ignorance of the law is no defence" is applicable, but it should not be so.
The onus needs to be firmly placed back on those making the laws, not on us the people abiding by ever changing laws on a daily basis that nobody informs us exists.
I shall write a demand for such and soon and print it on here.
My question to you is as such, how would you word it?

If not I will write my own. Participation in society is a must, complaining gets nobody anywhere fast.
If you do not like the system try and change it, doing nothing is not an option.
