The wheels of life turns not without every single one of them.

You get no CEO without the person that keeps the toilet clean.
You get no director without a small army below, that do most if not all of the work.

You take a small bar/pub in the UK, I have owned one. It matters not who the owner is, the owner does not even have to be there, the owner puts in place people with the ability to do a job so the owner does not even have to be present.

You make any company, ltd or otherwise and the same happens.
I have owned several. Built them from the ground up. 1 person to start with, me.

It is the free market guiding principle is it not?
