Fireweed Cutouts 🐞 Leaf Artists Contest

Circles and half moons
around noon in Alaska.

Greens turn yellow and then
red, soon all will be headed for
the long winters bed.

I didn't see this bug until
messing with the photographs.
Do you see him above?

He seems like the cutout culprit!
Looks like maybe a beetle.

Which one do you like the best?

Fireweed did good this year
lots of flowers and loads of
leaf color, soon the fluff!

It's getting late in the season
and long in the night.

Leaf artists have been hard
at work and so was the
squirrel throwing spruce cones!
