The photo shows a small pier in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche (more often called simply Bariloche), Argentina. Bariloche is located on the shore of a fairly large Nahuel Huapi Lake, and it is its waters that are of a beautiful color in the right part of the picture.
Alas, I did not manage to walk around Bariloche much, and of the few photos from there, I like this one the most — I think for the colors and nice geometric lines and shapes :) And if you open the photo in a larger size, you can see how the light spots of ripples on the water successfully echo the white spots on the roof of the building. All together it creates such a light, sunny summer mood.
It's better to watch the photo in high resolution.
