Nice crisp day at -8c Just cold enough for a clear day free of high humidity. The usual round of suspects were present T, Yarrow and myself. Yarrow had brought her dog kia and another young pup from the north west territories.
The Pups name was winter. Great name for an Arctic dog.
We were out for about a 1 hr ski. Snow was nice but a bit lacking. Meaning we skied over lots of rocks. Covered an old route. Missed the trail at two points first. on the right loop at the top of the road. Did not go quite far enough in before attempting a left turn. Soon founded it though.
The second was on the bottom loop. Although I did not try to stay on the trail not wishing to loose too much hight. I came out just at the right point. Here is a video of T and Yarrow coming on the trail.
The dogs were exhausted at the van. Did not hear from them the entire trip home.
