Having problems uploading pictures in a post I am doing. Will not connect to server. At the very bottom of the fact there is a link to a page with another link set of links. One to a chat system that will not connect. The other too post to a group that can't be done since the post I am working on is filled with my post.
The real problem here is time wasted attempting to find the help system and one that works. On my applications I have a a helpdesk system link on every page in the site. It first takes the user to a faq system then to a support ticket system.
This system can be adapted to any site.
If I can be of assistance with helpdesk services let me know.
