I forgot to tell you of the most important part of brewing after drinking. that is clean up.
Most of the day has been filed with multiple cleaning steps
clean and scrub the sparg kettle Wash pump hoses etc.
Scrub the beer stone of the boil kettle. Lots of elbo grease.
Pumping PBW though the entire system
Rinse and sanitize.
Store it all away for next time.
