A traditional dish known as Baqfay Zaan in native language. It is made up of a specific and special type of flour. After mixing the flour it is baked in a special type of utensil for 10 to 15 minutes. When its ready to eat then placed in a dish with its unique style and butter oil is in the center for much more attraction.
