Only 10% of reward cards from Chaos Legion will ever be maxed out. Not sure if that is only a certain rarity or an overall view of all rarities? Eitherway I am finally in that bracket and I'm glad because this is my first card to reach max status and as the weeks and months go buy it will only become cheaper and easier to build a maxed out card.
Competition will eventually begin but as the player base continues to grow the cheaper these cards will be found when new players list them for sale not knowing what they have. I bought all mine between .10-.14 each but in the future they may be .06 each.
