Life would be so much easier if I were the only nut on the blockchain. I empathize with you gal.
I have always been different. I could tell you stories about the bad judgement calls I have made over my young 65-years of life that would shock you! Probably why I have this persona of a self-involved know-it-all (this is how I believe others perceive me).
In my meditation today I was struggling with the very things you spoke about in this post:
- Fear
- Self-criticism
- Poor me
- Aging
- Feeling alone in my struggles
- A myriad of intrusive thoughts too lengthy to list here (you suffer from ADHD, so I am sure you get it!
This particular passage gave me comfort; therefore I will share it with you:
There is more help for fools [I am one of those fools] than for for people who think they are wise.
Proverbs 26:12 NLT
There is hope for me yet! Have a great week dear-heart and continue being you! Chat with you on Thursday at the PYPT Podcast if not sooner.
