STEEM Food Tours #64 Holiday Inn Baguio City Centre, Philippines

My patient invited me to celebrate their Anniversary and we ended up eating at Holiday Inn's buffet. It was my very first time going there. The place was actually spaceous and there were a lot of tables. There were only a few people eating here. The price per person was 700 Php or that's around 13.48 USD.

This was what got me excited, looking through all the food.

They had this station where they stir/ girll the food that they serve. There was non chicken skewers, marinated cuttlefish, beef, Zesty Mahi mahi, Chasu (Marinated Braised Pork Belly

They had a sushi bar, they had tuna sashimi, Oshinko Maki california maki, Salmon Sashimi and California Maki.

There were Assorted Cheeses and Cold Cuts.

There was Pasta and Pizza. Bolgonese and Carbonara di Cordillera. Look at ow they served the Carbonara, it had an egg on top of it

Roasted Lamb and Roasted beef striploin.

I loved how they presented the Lamb Leg

They served Paella, Lasagna, Air Fried Bagnet( I wasn't able to take a photo of it)

There was Rice, Assorted Baguio Vegetables in Bagna Cauda, walnut and raisin suffed roast pork, beef Stroganoff and Chicken Cordon Bleu

The best part was they had a huge table full of dessert. They had a choloate fountain and you can dip their cookies, biscuits and marshmallows. Cakes, Creme Brulee, Assorted Pastries,Cream Puff, Blue berry Crumble Chocolate Mousse and Bread

This was the epic plate that I ate, wherein I got Beef Stroganoff, Lamb, Lechon Bagnet, Beef Top Blade. This was the plate that made me fail my medical because of all the red meat. I wanted to take more photos but I was shy to do it infront of my patients family because It was my first time to do this with them. I also wanted to eat more but I was also shy infront of them. Overall, most of the food here were delicious and I enjoyed the feast.
