There's a new Ramen shop that opened in town and me and my girlfriend wanted to try it. Unfortunately the first time we tried going here, the line was too long and we were hungry. The next time we went there, there was no line so we were lucky enough to eat there. Their opening time was from 6pm to 12am

As soon as you get in you'll see the menu. They have 6 different kinds of ramen, you can add extras. They even serve side dishes- Gyoza(dumpling and karaage(Fried chicken skin.. The beverages that they serve are Mugicha( Cold Japanese Barley Tea, Soda and mineral water.

As soon as you enter, you would see the lovely mural in this place. I've been reading their facebook page, we ate there during their soft opening. Their grand opening is this coming September 8, 2019. They only have a few seats but one experience that I loved was that they made you feel at home.

One experience that I loved about this place was that you are watching them prepare the ramen that you ordered.

You can see them blow torch the meat to perfection.

As soon as you get to your sit and settle down they offer you a hot towel(Oshibori) to clean your hand before eating.

This was the ramen that I ordered named Chuka Soba(OG of Ramen). They have humongous spoons haha. As soon as I tasted it, I noticed that it had a very unique taste compared to all the other ramen places here in Baguio. I loved it so much

My girlfriend ordered Tonkotsu shoyu. When I tasted it I noticed that the soup was thicker than the one that I ordered. She actually gave me half of her bowl because she was so full already.

We ordered gyoza for the sides and Mugicha(Cold Japanese Barley Tea). I just loved how crispy the wrapper was and the sauce really complimented it.

Overall my experience was a blast. This is so far the best ramen place here in our City of Baguio. I could say that's heaven in a bowl. The soup was very tasty and flavorful, it had a very rich taste in it. The noodles were cooked perfectly. They were very generous with their serving. This is the perfect food with this rainy weather.
