Ulog #134 Baliwag

My grandpa told us to buy chicken for dinner and then we ended up buying at this place called Baliwag located at Camp 8. It's really convenient for us to buy here because we pass by it every time we go home.

They serve, Lechon Manok, Liempo, Crispy Pata, Cripy Ulo, Chikititas(Fried Chicken) Chicharon and Siopao

If you look closely those were the chickens that were getting grilled.

One cool new feature that they added with their stall was that they store your chicken in a zip lock bag because in the past they just used aluminum foil.

Here's a photo of the lechon manok, I wasn't able to take a photo of it when it was served though. But this will always be one of my favorite places to buy chicken because of its taste and juiciness. Even the breast was juicy and flavorful. One whole chicken costs 255 Php or 4.97 United States Dollar

I also bought siopao with it and it came in a plastic bag with sauce.

In my opinion, I really didn't like the siopao. I found the bread to dry and the meat was bland, the good thing was that there was sauce that came with it. One siopao costs 25 php or 0.49 United States Dollar
