Yesterday, I treated one of my patients wherein I had to exercise him and help him sit up. After that I had to help my grandpa and bring him to town. I came home rested for a bit and I met up with our Doctor and some colleagues to eat dinner. Most of my count came from all the walking. Thanks for reading.
