My name is Natty and I am a mother of three adult children, a writer, a french teacher and a person-centered mental health counselor.

I created this account because I would be happy if I could serve you all by facilitating your process of self- actualization. Through my writings I wish to inspire you, motivate you, influence you and encourage you to become your own person, which is the richest experience of all and is definitely worth the process!

Finding who we truly are «flies us to the 7 skies» according to a saying in my country, which means that by fulfilling our potential, broadening our state of conscience and opening up to every experience, we can attain eudaemonia, Aristotle’s interpretation of a state greater than well- being and happiness. A divine positive state of being that exists and we are capable of striving towards and reaching.

So are you ready to trust this process and accept unconditionally yourself as someone precious who has their own path to travel, in their own way, following their own truth?
