Come di consueto oggi vi porto dentro una nuova Anteprima di un articolo che fra qualche giorno o settimana vedrete Nella Mente di un SerialFiller, il mio blog interamente incentrato sul mondo delle serie tv e di cui, da qualche mese, ho deciso di regalarvi costantemente, in anticipo su quello che pubblicherò, gran parte dei post che vedrete su www.serialfiller.org.
Viaggio nel passato oggi.
Si torna al 2020.
Sembra passata un'eternità ed invece quell'anno è li, poco dietro di noi a ricordarci l'avvio della più spaventosa pandemia da un secolo a questa parte.
Io oggi vorrei far riaffiorare qualche ricordo più futile ma senza dubbio più piacevole e divertente.
Oramai sarete avvezzi ai miei speciali di fine anno.
Il 2020 fu il primo anno in cui iniziai a cimentarmi in questa serie di speciali articoli contenenti mini-classifiche che provavano a dipingere meglio l'anno che stava volgendo al termine.
Una delle liste da sempre presenti in questi speciali è la protagonista di questo post, post in cui, attraverso l'ennesimo recentweet (qui li trovate tutti) voglio rammentare quelle che all'epoca furono, per me, le serie tv comedy più interessanti dell'anno.
Vincitori plurimi di Emmy e titoli iper-sottovalutati si avvicendano in una cinquina che oggi, mentre leggete, conta solo 2 sopravvissuti.
Le altre 3 serie che compongono la top 5 sono invece terminate, una a causa di una violenta e inconcepibile cancellazione, un'altra perchè arrivata a fine corsa, seppure un pochino prematuramente e l'altra perchè, dopo essere stata la prima e l'unica a vincere nello stesso anno tutti i premi possibili ed immaginabili, ha deciso di concludere in maniera naturale, come da previsioni, il proprio giro sulle tv di tutto il mondo.
Vi ho incuriosito abbastanza?
Sarete cosi forti dal resistere alla tentazioni di recarvi immediatamente a fine pagina dove vi attende un bel sondaggio?

As usual, today I am bringing you inside a new Preview of an article that in a few days or weeks you will see In the Mind of a SerialFiller, my blog entirely focused on the world of TV series and of which, for the past few months, I have decided to constantly give you, in advance of what I will publish, most of the posts you will see on www.serialfiller.org.
Journey into the past today.
It's back to 2020.
It seems like an eternity ago and yet that year is there, just behind us reminding us of the start of the scariest pandemic in a century.
I today would like to bring back some more futile but undoubtedly more pleasant and entertaining memories.
By now you must be accustomed to my year-end specials.
The year 2020 was the first year I began to try my hand at this series of special articles containing mini-rankings that tried to paint a better picture of the year that was drawing to a close.
One of the lists that has always featured in these specials is the star of this post, a post in which, through yet another recentweet (you can find them all here) I want to recall what were, for me at the time, the most interesting TV comedy series of the year.
Multiple Emmy winners and hyper-underrated titles alternate in a five-part series that today, as you read, has only 2 survivors.
The other 3 series that make up the top 5, on the other hand, have ended, one because of a violent and unconscionable cancellation, another because it reached the end of its run, albeit a tad prematurely, and the other because, after being the first and only one to win in the same year all the awards possible and imaginable, it decided to end its run on TVs around the world in a natural way, as expected.
