Yes, it doesn't work like that. If you want to check if the winner wrote correct answer you have to put his name and answer in answers page to check if hash is the same as in the comment. It's not convenient but it protects from cheating (someone just could check if his answer is correct or not by entering his answer and compare with results of others).
