Random comment picker - UPDATES!

Recently @forykw motivated me in one of his comments to improve my tool:

There are new options available:

• Reputation limit
  -- By default minimum is 25 and maximum 100 (unlimited).

• Followers only
  -- Obviously, counts only comments from users who follow you

• Add excluded users manually
  -- You can manually add excluded users to the currently suggested bot accounts. To add just click the link 'Add excluded users manually' and add users seperated by comas. For your convenience you can even enter names with @ and don't need to worry about blank spaces - all will be deleted automatically.

What to expect in the future:

• option for counting comments until a certain date (UTC format)
• reblogger option (this is hard with beem library, anyone can help?)
• maybe wheel animation? I don't even know how to do that... yet...

I am welcome everyone who knows Python/Django to contribute. It's an open project. Everyone is invited.

The old address still works but should not theoretically. Maybe some Heroku mistakes... Anyway, it will not be updated anymore.
