Lots of updates

So many that I'm not sure where to start exactly or if it's all gonna fit into one post.

Let's start in a random order.

Notifications

now exist on scrobble.life, the main difference between these and the usual ones you may be used to is that when actions occur on scrobble.life (even from guest accounts), the notifications shown have a different border color. The other difference is that to eliminate spam that may come with trails we decided to have a threshold where you need to upvote a post for at least 0.1 HP to create a notification. This isn't meant to discourage smaller users but we don't think the amount of notifications we usually get is pretty and this may encourage more accounts to hold higher amounts of hive power if they wanna be "noticed" that way on our frontend.

Thumbnail options

You can now pick which image in your post you wanna use as thumbnail in the "advanced settings" of the editor, a similar option that @peakd has had for ages and many users requested.

Discover

The /discover page is now open to everyone as long as you're logged in with a hive or guest account. This gives you an algo when you're browsing and consuming posts to improve the "For you" tab in /discover after the initial feed will mainly display users you follow on Hive from before.

The page however also offers new ways to discover authors you may want to curate but may not usually stumble on:

The Discovery tabs do not affect your algo as that's mainly seen as a way to attempt to curate users.

@threespeak integration

You can now upload videos directly through @threespeak onto the scrobble.life editor. Thanks to @meno and his documentation as well as a few community members who kept asking for it, we now have this option available. It is untested yet but I'm sure some users may give it a go soon!

Relevant to this change, we've also added a way for the editor to store your post in case you lose connection or an error occurs when attempting to post, this is stored locally on your browser.

Queue

There is now the option to place movies/tvshows/anime/etc in a queue which you can access on https://scrobble.life/queue as well as on the /watch pages of specific content:

Video Clips

Movie and TV Show pages now carry a community clip strip for example to give you quick access to more trailers, scenes, interviews, video reviews, etc, relevant to the content you're checking out.

Scrobble.life posts & comments & read log

On your profile page, there's now also a tab for posts and comments you've posted through the website. Additionally, we're also logging users reading activities and giving you a history list on your profile under the "Reads" tab. You can opt out of this option if you're not a fan of it.

Additional smaller updates

/quicktakes are now upvotable on its own section as well as allowing you to view replies with a click.
/player now has volume control and an "X" to close the player.
