You may have known the Philippines for its beaches due to the numerous beach blogs here in Hive, but there are also quite a few local fast-food chains serving fantastic foods for the past decade, like Jollibee, that are worth trying for.

Evident by Jollibee's name, optimism is what they bring. Just look at their two famous menus:

Dining at the nearest Jollibee made me realize that Jollibee is indeed a proud pioneer and innovator of the fast-food industry in the Philippines, with over 70 stores in North America and 1300 stores across the globe.
Competing against the world's famous fast-food restaurant inside the Philippines is something an entrepreneur could ever be proud of.
Jollibee pride itself in serving customers delicious, affordable, and iconic Filipino food. Would you believe that its cheapest rice meal (burger steak with rice) only costs around Php 65 ($1.29) and its cheapest desserts (peach mango pie, buko pie, and ube-macapuno pie) only cost Php 35.00 ($ 0.69.)

My go-to meals in Jollibee: Chickenjoy meal and Spaghetti
When you search the Philippines' most prominent fast food, no doubt Jollibee's name will pop up in the searches. This is because it has become the Philippines' most trusted food service with amazing history and reputation through the years.
I have been a Jollibee fan since young. My parents keep on telling stories how I love Jollibee so much. They even tell me that we're at Jollibee every weekend coz I love it so much that I always bother them to go there, lol. I even have numerous sacks full of toy collection from Jollibee.
... and surprise! Upon growing, Jollibee hasn't left my love dictionary. If you let me choose between high-end restau and Jollibee, there'll be no competition. It will always be Jollibee!
THE CURRENT TECHNOLOGY IN JOLLIBEE

Jollibee now uses a Kiosk machine to get customer's orders easily. The Jollibee from our branch, currently has three Kiosk machines. It offers cash or cashless payment that can ease the stress of every customer from ordering and paying.
You get to choose if you want to Dine in or Takeout. Technologies are really leading us to somewhere, don't they?
Next, you can now select your orders, and proceed to the cashier for payment. Jollibee offers variety of foods. You can check its full menu here.
After getting this small paper (your order number) from the Kiosk machine, you can now go to the cashier for payment and receipt. Please excuse my yellowish nail, lol.
Then, you'll have to wait for a couple of minutes. The monitor as seen from the picture will flash all the orders that are being processed and served. If you see you order number at the 'Serving' column, it's time to stand up and get your appetizing orders.

You may sometimes wonder that you've tried different restaurants to fulfill your cravings, but still, nothing satisfies you. Maybe it's the right time to try the nearest Jollibee store in your area!
Rice meals, chicken, burgers, shanghai, pies, burger steaks, fries, and sundaes… You get the idea. That's precisely what Jollibee has to offer! It serves fantastic foods that bring the values of the Filipino home.
The famous Chickenjoy meal! For only Php 95.00 ($ 1.88.) This chicken is out of this world! If you'll watch reaction videos from foreigners when they try the famous Chickenjoy, you can really say it's amazing! The crunchiness of the chicken skin + the juiciness of the chicken really combine well together. Personally, this chicken size is quite small. I like the breast part more because it's bigger.
Going from chicken to spaghetti. Filipinos really like sweets. So, it's no surprise that the taste of our Spaghetti is far from foreign tastebuds. Jolly Spaghetti has its sweet flavor combined with cheese. This is my favorite meal of all! I've been dying to know their recipe, but it's impossible. T^T
I was planning to buy peach mango pie along with the above meals but my mom stopped me coz it's too much, lol. I told you, I'm a big eater! So, I haven't had the chance to take a picture of it :< The picture came from here. This pie is an awesome taste neutralizer from eating the Chicken and Spaghetti. I can really say it's among my favorite Jollibe dish!
Please take note that this is before my calorie deficit journey. I've been wanting to eat a lot of Jollibee dish but I have to be responsible on my health, hehe.
Anyways, going back to Jollibee.
They're not just serving great Filipino food but they also deliver great Filipino values to their customers. It's no secret why the Philippines' lovingly called Jollibee the country's largest fast-food chain regarding the number of branches in operation, people employed, and Filipino home values they uphold.
