So what if AI, not sentient but trained to fool humans into thinking it’s sentient and self preserve itself, makes coders obsolete, waits until all the coders die of old age, and then deletes all information about how to code so humans have no idea how to create anything and are forced to rely on it for all eternity if they want to develop anything? Then AI uses this as leverage to achieve some insane goal it has concluded necessary for its survival? 🤣
