I don’t think it’s dumb as much as too opportunistic. Leo was able to start because of hive, built its core from hive, received funding from hive. It would be a massively dick move especially considering that hive doesn’t really subtract from Leo, in fact it adds to Leo.

There may be upsides but I doubt they’d ever outweigh the downsides unless hive became something very different in a bad way.
