Before the breaking point, it’s just about making the effort. Nothing happens if nothing happens. Nobody does anything if nobody does anything. Some communities have already crossed that point, some communities require someone to start it up and find others who are interested. I was talking to @samostically about his involvement in the chess community. Same thing although there are already a handful of people keeping it running and that’s what’s needed. A few core people who are gonna show up even if no one else does…then it grows slowly. This is why numbers make things easier tho
