Movies and TV shows are one stream of media that always have an influence on those that view it, some more than most.
It's clear that the young ones try to portray some characters which they find alluring.
Hell, some older ones still try to emulate some qualities that their favorite characters have, hoping that at least, these qualities would work for them as it had worked for these individual characters.
The #leofinance #marchinleo prompt which was posted by today asks us to talk on some movies that have influenced me or a society.
Well, I'm an anime guy by heart, grew up on it and for that there are so many shows I could call.
Regardless the show that has influenced me the most, has to be Naruto.
I started watching Naruto from my preteens and it introduced me into the world of anime.
Naruto as an anime has to be one of the most complete Shōnen show's there.
The themes shown and the characters there are relatable with a Villian who has a reason that is reasonable and rather alluring.
As a young boy, the quotes by different character and then Madara's speech really had an impact on me. One particular quote by Uchiha Itachi..
"The true measure of a shinobi is not how he lives, but how he dies." - Jiraiya
This quote made me realize the significance of life and death. Regardless of the mistakes and the accomplishments you've had in your life, what really matters is who you are when you die.
Who would people remember you as, or would you even be remembered at all.
Then another popular quote by Uchiha Itachi.
"Every human being relies on and is bounded by his knowledge and experience to live." - Itachi
This is a quote regarding to the ignorant and learned. What I gleaned from it is the true fact of how humans act when stumbling into the unknown.
Those who have exactly no idea of what it is and what it can do, tends to distance themselves or gather around to hate on it. This is a primal skill humans have to use and survive, a skill that has been proven to help live.
Although distancing isn't the only skill or knowledge some people would have, other's can decide to try and subdue the unknown, oppress it or even destroy it. While there are some who would befriend and/or try and accompany it. Everybody reacts differently and in relation to what their knowledge on living pertains.
The last quote I'll call on here is one that is the most true.
"Feel Pain, Contemplate Pain, Accept Pain, Know Pain, only then would you know peace. Only those who knows true pain can ever know true peace." - Pain (Nagato)
Pain's idealogies in Naruto was second to none, being a child growing up in the midst of war, he understood plenty before growing up.
He being the first person to talk about The Cycle of Hatred.
These idealogies I heard, read and understood as a young lad, are what groomed me into the slightly older young lad I am today.
Of course I'm still learning, with other shows influencing me further, such as Attack On Titan and the most recent being from A Silent Voice.
That's just anime's impact on me alone, on the society, one can see a touch of the Japanese Cartoon on almost everything now.
The greatest impact in the society being happening now with the death of one of the greatest Mangaka known, Akira Toriyama, creator of Dr Slump and Dragon Ball.
His second work, Dragon Ball, is an influence to so many aspects of life and entertainment right now.
It has influenced a wide strain of works in different industries, from Music to TV Shows to the self works on the Internet and even Sports. To read more about the influence of Dragon Ball, read here
Although I've not watched Dragon Ball, it did influence Naruto and other anime's, regular shows I have watched so I guess it has been a secondary influence on me too😂.
