Tagetes Erecta

This ornamental plant which has the scientific name Tagetes erecta is an annual herbaceous plant that belongs to the Asteraceae family.

So what makes this flower so special that many people plant it? I personally see this plant as an attractive flower plant with bright colors that are very easy to catch by our eyes as something aesthetic in both shape and color.

In addition to the things I mentioned above, this ornamental plant is also widely used as herbal medicinal plants such as for healing digestive diseases, such as stomach pain, flatulence, diarrhea, colic, and bile because the essential oil of this plant contains antioxidants.
