Incentory is based on intent signals. We wanted to build something that allowed people to opt in and meet compliance. What we found is that a lot of people who have small, medium-sized businesses, businesses of different sizes, when they're trying to grow their businesses and get lead data, the ROI for their spend is really poor.
They're getting a lot of dead-end data and reaching out in ways that don't meet compliance, so they're putting themselves at risk. So what we wanted to do was build a platform that allows people to opt in. So it's an opt-in platform.
So we have requesters who are looking for services, and then we have service providers who can also join the platform and be able to make that match. With making that match, the requester of the service also gets a payout for taking part in the service provider campaign. So there's incentives there to take part, and not only do you get the payout, but you actually get to connect and control who you speak with in the service providers that are going to be contacting you through the campaigns.
