I have heard that said as well, Walter, but have I seen any documentation, any pictures? Like, has there been any sworn investigator that said, yes, Jeffrey Epstein had cameras in every room, including the bathroom? No, a witness said that. People that were there said that. Doesn't mean that it's not true, but you know what I mean? Like, the fact that… I don't know.
It's just it's not the same as, like, hard evidence. That's when I know opinions and me kind of touched on this. Like, there's different types of evidence.
If you have solid evidence, it's very easy to get convictions. When you don't, that's when you run into these problems, like I think we're seeing right now. You can't just have, like, a flight log that says, you know, Bob went to the island, and then the jury is going to throw him under the bus, and he's going to jail forever because he went to an island where somebody had actually, you know, done a crime with somebody else that we weren't able to prove either.
Because on the videos, like you were saying, there's no identifiers that identify the people. First of all, you need probable cause just to make an arrest. And even if you have that, doesn't mean it's going to be enough for a prosecutor to say, yeah, we're going to prosecute this crime.
They could be like, yeah, you have probable cause, but I don't have enough to even think I could prove this. Bye. You know, and just because they bring somebody in, even with evidence rock solid, they're not going to, I did it, you got me, you know, it's over.
Well, there's discovery laws too that come into it that are a bitch, right? Opinions of the cops. Discovery laws are usually what makes it very hard to even make a case. Well, and when you talk about the criminal enterprise side of it is when you get into the RICO stuff, which is very hard to prove and very complicated for jurors to understand.
