And it's been, you know, one thing after another. So one thing after another, since then, and the fallout of a lot of my involvement with people is either the harm, the destruction, the pain, the suffering, or the war against the injustice or fighting for those who don't have a voice or who need a voice. So there's quite a bit that's going on, you know, in the world that I think is 100% a spiritual war that's going on.
And I'm curious if you all agree because, you know, some of these people that, you know, we can listen to that are prophets out there. You know, they concur that something definitely has gone down. So I'm curious what you all have to say about that.
I will start with this one because that is such a great question, Nurse Michelle. Because this is actually when I was truly called into, well, maybe not called into ministry, but when God launched my ministry, triple braided cord, in a way that I never would have expected in a million years. And it really came through a true word, prophetic word that he gave me.
And this is going to answer your question. So I'm going to have to get a little back up of this, but it is going to answer your question about why I believe 100% this is a spiritual war. So let me just start with, as I said earlier, I grew up Catholic, actually.
I'm from the Baltimore area. And this is home of the Archdiocese here in Maryland. So I have a lot of Catholicism.
And luckily I grew up in a very spiritual household. So I did not have that spirit of religion, praise God, really in our family. We just grew up, you know, our parents teaching us, it's all about a personal relationship with Jesus.
So we were just spiritual. And I think it was because of that just being open, which Miriam, you mentioned that, you know, being open. That is the number one word that I use in teaching people about the spirit is you just have to be open.
That's it. Literally, that's it. And we were open, me and my sisters and I. So that's why I always say the spirit came to us.
We didn't ask for it. We did not even know about gifts of the spirit. It just started, things started happening.
And so my sisters and I, when we started receiving words from God, it all had to do, and that was in 2013 is really when that began, when we started getting a lot of downloads. And it all had to do with individual healing for people, for just individuals. And then we ended up moving to Nashville, Tennessee in 2017.
