Hi Joan, thank you for visiting my cooking post. Yes, you are right, it is quite simple. I remember int eh past my hubby also did it couple of times and managed to do nice dough and prepared the meat. The only what he did not like was to creating the little dumplings, because every single needed to be rolled separately. I remember when I saw the first ones were normal small size, but then the sizes became bigger and bigger. He admitted that he was too annoyed with lengthy process and decided to put more and more fillings later. Nowadays when I ask if he would like to help, he just say: sorry but no :)
