Season Summary
Overall it was a good season, though I did make some mistakes, particularly with the Diamond Leaderboard. This mistake cost me 50,000 Glint tokens. Turns out the last twenty four hours in Modern are really brutal.
About a day before the end of the season I have reached 3900 ranking in Modern. If I have simply stopped at that point I would have finished in the fifth place and would have gotten two hundred thousand Glint tokens. Instead I kept playing against really tough competition and loosing to those who were fighting for the Champion Leaderboard. This resulting in me dropping to 3740 ranking and taking only fourteenth place on the Diamond leaderboard last season:
Well this is some good learning experience and the next time I will go for the Diamond Leaderboard I can simply stop a day or two before the end of the season at a rating high.

As you can see I spent most of the season in the Modern league and my win rate was approximately the same in both Wild and Modern league, though the last day in Modern did cost me about three percent of my win rate as I dropped from the 3900 rating to 3740 rating.
When it comes to the SPS earnings I have managed to achieve a new all time high in my SPS earnings last season driven mostly by the Modern Ranked SPS earnings:

While SPS validator block validation remained as my top source of SPS earnings SPS ranked modern earnings came in as strong second.
If we compare earnings with my last season in Modern we will see that my overall earnings are significantly higher thanks to starting at a higher league and more battles being fought in Modern League.
You will also notice that my SPS validator earnings have also improved from five thousand to six thousand SPS per season. I attribute it to my validator being the second validator to get back online after the emergency software upgrade on the SPS validators so I have earned more SPS while the rest of the validators were down.

I have not sold any cards this season as usual.
Reward draws purchased
This season I was able to purchase the full first tranche of the Minor and Medium Chests. I decided to stop and not purchase Ultimate chests in order to save some glint to buy energy at the start of the new season. That energy can be used for more battles and that will result in higher SPS earnings.

As usual good energy and merit earnings but no special items in terms of packs or land plots.

I continue to make good progress on my reward cards.
League rewards
This time I didn't advance through as many modern league levels as last season, but I did make three advances in modern and one in wild league and because these were all higher level leagues I still got a good number of chests overall.

Closing notes
Overall I am happy with how this season went and will continue focusing on the Modern League. This time around I will be starting in the Champion, so I don't think I will be making a run for the leaderboard this time, but who knows... My plan is just to do my best and earn as much SPS as I can.
