Today turned out to be a fairly low key day. We went for a walk with my wife around the neighborhood. Wife cooked us a nice meal then we hung out in our backyard patio for a while.
Then my wife baked a really nice peach and blackberry cobler. Then came over our daughter's girlfriend and stayed for a sleepover. We spent some time with the girls having a meal together and then I prepared everything we need to make a coffee in the morning and retreated to the third floor.
Tomorrow is back to work though the girls are still going to be around. The house is full of happy and excited sounds.
