Wow it’s been awhile seen my last post as I have been busy with day to day life. I feel bad when I don’t do a post when I should be doing it everyday but sometimes life gets in the way. But I’m back and will be posting more and getting more active walking in. The weather is getting colder here in Wisconsin but I will push on.
