Hi Folks!
For this morning I'll be doing things a little differently and going over one of my previous background pieces/studies.
This particular one is for the project closest to my heart: Pilgrim Adrift. It involves airships, floating rocks and all manner of eldritch atrocities.
Time to peak behind the curtain. Here's a break down of my process:
For the foreground I tried using a different brush to get a more 'vegetative' feel for leaves and such. In the end, I still prefer using blockier and simpler brushes, but it's important to experimnt :O
