People in Istanbul, Turkey, seems to love cats. Everywhere in the city you can see healthy and prosperous cats.
This one I found in Haga Sofia (built in 537 AD and used as a Orthodox cathedral/church until 1453, used as an Ottoman mosque until 1931, and since then a museum).
