Hurricane Humberto has strengthened to category 1 hurricane, and is gaining strength in the Atlantic Ocean off the East Coast. It may come close to Bermuda by late Wednesday or Thursday. The southeastern U.S. coast are at risk of potentially dangerous rip currents caused by the hurricane, the National Hurricane Center predicts.
