I just collected my palcoins for one week and it was about 5 pal coins. After getting it, I go to the steem engine to stake my coins in order to increase my palcoins. I want to add more palcoins, so I decided to buy, but I am not sure how and what is the proper way of buying. Can I use my steem to buy PAL?
