Hello mate. No it does dry. There's also a 2 pack epoxy based blacking paint but then you should get your hull shot blasted and the paint is also expensive. That whole process was out of my budget with everything else happening at the moment. Plus the yard did me a favour and i exchanged some labour in return for the paint and lift out. So I am happy and will have her out again in 2 years to keep on top of it
