Hail to the Hive!
Now in the winter the canals really aren’t very busy at all with boats and I don’t think today more than 4 have passed us all day where we are moored. I like this spot a lot and another really cool thing about it is that it’s easy to get over to the otherside of the canal and take some shots of Badger the Narrowboat from a slightly different perspective.
I was happily snapping away when another Narrowboat chugged into view and i took a few shots of it passing Badger.
I like the whole perspective from this side with the vegetation in front of me then the canal and the boat and the passing narrow boat just adds a little extra to the frame.
I quite like the progression too. This will be our little spot to see in the New Year. In the middle of nowhere just us and some booze.
