My daughters and I have been discussing whether or not we are going to make it to Green Bluff this year. It's an area of orchards and farms north of Spokane, WA. We all have so much going on, it's ridiculous. But I'd love to buy a box of apples and experiment with freezing them like this. Thanks for the bread recipe, too!
