Lambretta is an iconic Italian scooter brand founded in 1947 by Innocenti. In the 1960s they became very popular in the British "Mods" subculture. However, production ceased in the early 1970s. In 2017, the owner of the brand, Innocenti SA, and Austrian motorcycle producer founded Lambretta GmbH as a joint-venture to develop, build and distribute Lambretta scooters. The new Lambretta scooters were designed by the reknown design studio KISKA Design.
