I usually do not eat in the evening because I sleep badly, but now I had some rest food and I was thinking of making something. There was a purple onion, a little cream and three cracked eggs and a tortilla sheet.
I cut the onion and fry it.
I poured the cream on the eggs put some salt to it and whipped it.
I put the egg on the onion.
And I continued to bake.
When it was finished, I put it on the tortilla sheet and wrapped up.
