Publica(PBL) - The first protocol for decentralized publishing

Publica will be direct transactions between authors and readers for purchase of access keys/Tokenisation of access keys to literary works/decentralized storage of literary works/publisher and Reader app-wallets/Platform for Book ICO's.

This is another project I find very interesting. I bought a little bit, so I'm not unbiased, but considering the little amount of PBL i bought, I am more like 99% unbiased. One of many ICO's projects I will invest a little bit in the time to come. Interesting ideas, refreshing and disturbing to ingrown incestious in government pocket businesses like the publishing business. Old dinosaurs that needs to go.
