.Im a real estate investor newly interested in this new world of crypto currencies. Im starting to remember now why Ive always liked real estate! Sure, there are market cycles in real estate, but when the market turns south on price you still have options with your investment. You can rent it out, grow things on it, improve it, etc. It has uses and possibility of income regardless of what the current price is. Not so much with crypto's Im noticing! Yes you can loan it, or spend it, but its mostly about price. A bit of a one trick pony it seems
