The apostle Paul encourages Christians not to be defeated by the "machinations" of Satan (Ephesians 6:11). Why do you speak of "machinations", in the plural? Because the Devil and his demons do not use a single method to try to deceive us, but use various tricks. for this reason we must be aware of them and know what their tricks are truly so we can face them with the truth and the power of God.
