Caleb was a man extraordinarily faithful to Jehovah his God.
We must remember that Caleb was not an Israelite, but a Cenezean. The Zenezeans were a clan of Edomite descent that were eventually assimilated by the tribe of Judah.
This teaches us that no matter the origin or lineage of man, if he leads faithfully to God, the Lord is pleased with him. And Caleb was unconditionally faithful to God, a bold man in faith and perseverance.
Thanks for comment @oscar20.
